If a player gets stuck solving a puzzle they can use a Soul Star get a solution word. However, players must be judicious with their use because the stars are in limited supply. A player’s Soul Stars will be recharged after leveling-up (after 25 wins) and sometimes via winning Mini Jams.
Players can also get a small boost in Soul Stars by submitting the Monthly Code. The code can be found here and via our social media.
If a player is presented with a puzzle which they feel has too few solution letters they can use the Bonus Letter to add an additional letter to the group. Just like Soul Stars, Bonus Letters are limited in supply and are recharged during leveling-up and occasionally via Mini Jams.
An important note to remember is that the Bonus Letter can only be used at the start of the game. Once the initial solution word is submitted the Bonus Letters will no longer be accessible. Therefore, there is a level of strategy required when deciding whether or not to use bonus.
